Merchandise

  1. Where is your merchandise made?
    All of our merchandise is designed and manufactured in the United States of America.

  2. How do I know what size to order?
    Our merchandise is designed to fit true to size prior to pregnancy. Each item is designed to grow with your bump so it can be worn throughout pregnancy and beyond. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a little extra give!

  1. How do I wash and care for my leggings?
    The majority of our leggings are machine washable. However, we do use a few specialty fabrics that recommend hand washing. Please read the care label located inside the legging as there are some nuances to care instructions by fabric.
    We recommend that you hang dry all of our leggings (as you would with most activewear) to ensure they stay looking their best.

  1. Where do you ship?
    Currently we ship to all 50 states.
    Shipping rates are as follows:
    - Standard shipping through USPS is FREE
    - UPS 2-Day (within 48 states) is $25
    We currently do not ship internationally.
  1. When will my order ship?
    Please be patient as we process your order. We are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by 12pm CT, Monday through Friday are processed the follow business day.
  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    If you select standard shipping, your order should arrive within 2-10 days per the USPS service guidelines.
    Expedited shipping is available for rush orders. 
  1. Where do orders ship from?
    All orders ship from Berkley Clothing headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
  1. How do I track my order?
    When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
    Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of order date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags attached.
Your return will be refunded to the original form of payment and $8.00 will be deducted as a return shipping fee.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only, no refunds. Any item marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
A restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from your return if an item is sent back in unsellable condition.

    You can return any full price item within 30 days of the order date as long as it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and has its original tags attached. Sale items are eligible for store credit only, no refunds.

  2. How do I start a return or exchange?
    To start a return, contact us at hello@berkleyclothing.com with your order number, item you’d like to return, and reason why. We will respond within 3 business days with your shipping label.
    Please note $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of return shipping.
  1. Where can I find my shipping label?
    After you’ve contacted us to start your return, we will email you the shipping label.

  2. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    Expect your refund within 3-5 business days after your return has been received.

  3. How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
    Please allow up to 15 days, from the day you ship your return item, for your return to be processed. Returns are processed within 3 business days of being received by our warehouse. Your return tracking number is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to us.

  4. What do I do if my package is lost, damaged or stolen?
    We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier in the event of lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.

  5. What should I do if I haven’t gotten my refund yet?
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@berkleyclothing.com.

    No…the best and most efficient way to reach us is via email. We promise we will reply within 3 business days. We are a small business and at this point email is the quickest way for us to reach our customers.

AfterPay: 

  1. What is Afterpay? 
    Afterpay is service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

    Note: You must be over 18, a resident of the U.S. and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Late fees may apply. See afterpay.com for complete terms. 

  2. How do you use it?
    Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method, as normal. First-time Afterpay customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log-in to make their purchase. It's that easy!

  3. Can it be combined with other forms of payments? 
    No. Afterpay cannot be combined with other forms of payment. 

  4. How does the payment schedule work? 
    All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you chose to do so. 

  5. When will I receive my order if I use Afterpay? 
    Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.
